Jose J. Padua

Mr. Padua is in charge of the Business Development activities for the group. He manages the external and institutional relationships, as well as finding new development and commercial opportunities.

Mr. Padua brings significant experience to real estate development. Some of his recent experiences include the development and management of a 1,300-unit residential project in Venezuela, now fully developed. Also, Parque Industrial Del Este (www.parqueindustrialdeleste.com) an Industrial complex in the heart of Caracas of 2.000.000 sqf of construction area. He is also responsible for administration and finances of Millenium Mall, a 200 store premium Shopping Center in Caracas Venezuela and is a member of its Board of Directors.

Formerly, Mr. Padua was also a project manager in the construction of a successfully completed 200 unit residential project and worked in multiple other residential developments.

In his spare time, Mr. Padua is dedicated to his family and is an avid follower of all-things sports related. Mr. Padua is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
