Royal Palm Residences is born from a unique synergy between visionaries in the world of architecture and design and will demonstrate a commitment to a bold and artistic design approach, but still very much mindful of the unique history of Boca Raton. The ultra-luxury boutique condominium will be comprised of three mini towers, with residences ranging from 2,425 square feet to over 7,100 square feet, including six penthouses and 4 villas. The boutique residential sanctuary will unquestionably exceed the requirements of true luxury living, with a modern wellness plaza that will combine a state-of-the-art fitness center, tranquility pool & relaxation spa, lounge & wine cellar and a fully equipped lobby with quiet meeting areas. Each of the 48 boutique residences will have 270 degrees of natural light.
