Ignacio Diaz contributes to the success of Group P6 by utilizing his extensive experience in directing operations, providing exceptional client satisfaction, and applying his expert knowledge of finance. He participates in strategic decisions on new projects, leveraging a leadership style developed at a leading global strategic consulting firm and business knowledge gained at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Diaz was instrumental in securing a $68.5 million construction loan from CIM Group to build Royal Palm Residences despite a dried-up lending market due to the COVID-19 crisis. More than 40% of the units at the luxury residential project in downtown Boca Raton were sold before the company broke ground on the three towers in December 2020. Mr. Diaz has successfully executed on the development of more than $250 MM in South Florida real estate, including the acquisition of land, entitlement process, financing, construction, refinancing and disposition.

Before joining Group P6, Mr. Diaz managed North American export operations of VWR International, a leading distributor of scientific products with $4 billion in sales and 8,000-plus employees. His experience with customer development and market-entry strategies has helped Group P6 grow rapidly in South Florida, executing seven residential projects in fewer than 10 years.

At VWR, Mr. Diaz led sales, operations, customer service and marketing while fostering a culture of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. His passion for making the purchase and ownership of a Group P6 residence an immeasurably rewarding experience has set the company apart from other South Florida developers.

Mr. Diaz also spent 8 years as engagement manager at what is now Strategy&. He gained an international perspective on client satisfaction while working on four continents in multi-cultural and multilingual settings. Mr. Diaz is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and is also conversational in French.

Mr. Diaz has been consistently ranked as a top performer at the firm, at one point resulting in a scholarship Master’s in Business Administration program at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. There, he was a Siebel Scholar and won the McKinsey Award for academic excellence and leadership potential, graduating first in his class.

While not tending to the needs of buyers and Group P6 operations, Mr. Diaz reads, skis, plays tennis and enjoys family life with his wife, their two children and his dog Lucky.
